H.E.A.R. Me Out involves releasing and resetting what is rightfully yours! It’s your time to heal, be empowered, receive affirmations, that will lead you to a positive future, and most importantly restore your purpose.
Michyle L. Davis, Founder
Michyle L. Davis, is a highly motivated woman of many talents to include published author, cosmetologist, event planner and program manager. A graduate of University of Maryland, she majored in Communications and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Management.
Her professional career focus is training, professional development and workforce management. She has been trained in a variety of customer service, program management and leadership programs, and has been employed with the federal government for over 30 years. Her expertise is working with people to assist with enhancing their career development as well as their professional portfolio.
Michyle is known for her passion of writing. She has written and published a variety of articles for newsletters, print publications, and poetry. She authored her first book, A Joyous Journey: Finding Faith Through Fear, a memoir biography about her journey of giving birth to a micro-preemie. She is currently working on a journal for parents of premature babies and a creative writing business, 'Expresshelley Creative" where she will offer workshops, events and artistic activities to help people to find their inner voice and express themselves through writing.
With her hands in so many things, Ms. Davis is now venturing into the mental health world, by providing services and events for women from all walks of life to uplift and encourage one another through sisterhood.

Shadetra Robinson, M.Ed. Founder
Shadetra Robinson is a mental health counselor and advocate for women, children, and families. She is the founder and CEO of Insightful Thoughts, LLC providing services to women in need of a safe haven for sharing their thoughts, hopes, frustrations, and dreams. Insightful Thoughts strives to provide psychological services which promote individual growth by addressing client’s holistic needs. Working as a counselor for over 20 years, Ms. Robinson has made it her mission to impact the community through healing and advocacy. Through her expansive work in the field of counseling, Shadetra is known for her renowned work within the minority community. She has been a reoccurring guest on Moving Mountains, Breaking Barriers with other mental health professionals. Topics include Communication in Relationships, The Gift that Keeps on Giving, Happy and at Peace with What We Have, From the Lens of Our Youth Pt, 1 and Pt. 2, and countless others.
For years her professional career focused on the field of disabilities and mental health specializing in youth and adult services. She worked with the District of Columbia for three years in the Department of Health where she was a Social Worker. In 2006, Shadetra began her federal career working with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She has also taught Special Education in the Maryland school system where she found wide-ranging needs for better services for students with developmental disabilities. Ms. Robinson provides counseling services to agencies within the Maryland area and has done so for over 20 years. She earned her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, M.Ed. from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
